As a loyal fan of the "Alien" series, I am actually looking forward to this film.
After all, the "Alien" series was filmed earlier, and many special effects have not yet reached the standard, although the story creativity is invincible.
So this movie with a very similar theme makes me look forward to it.
However, I was disappointed, mainly because the protagonists really lacked common sense and rational thinking and vigilance as technology/engineering personnel.
It doesn't matter if the alien lifeform is brought back to the spaceship at will, and there is no awareness of its control and preservation. It won't wake up until it starts to eat laboratory mice, but it is too late, not to mention that the IQ has been disconnected. The uncle who looks like a child.
Could have done better, unfortunately.
