However, aside from that, the film has few other highlights. First of all, the purpose of this JB's action is not very attractive to the audience. It is nothing more than "I heard that my father is the planner → I don't believe it, I will read the document → I believe it after reading the document I want to avenge my father". But in fact, not many people pay attention to who killed JB's father. The audience pays attention to JB himself: where did his skills come from, why did the CIA hunt him down, and what is his true identity? These are suspenseful and related to the protagonist himself. The problem constitutes the main line of the first three parts, and JB's behavioral motives are constantly switching between passive and active. , which contributed to the complete and ups and downs of the first three episodes. On the other hand, in this one, JB has always been active, lacking suspense and turning points, and the plot is inevitably weak. Second, the headquarters lacks the finishing touch. The first JB is willing to give up the past and go into hiding with Mary, this is love. The second part of Mary is killed, JB's confession of his sins, this is human nature. Although the third part is a little less tender, the trick of turning the tiger away from the mountain is amazing. The ending sentence "Look at what they have turned you into" is JB's return to himself. However, in the fifth part, I didn't see too many brilliant strategies, and I didn't see JB's innermost emotions. The scene where Nicky was shot and killed, which should have been the finishing touch, was suspected of validating the previous part. In short, there is a lack of deep waves, a lack of strategic confrontation, and some only frontal fighting skills, which is really contrary to the essence of the first three parts.
Wanting to see a sequel, but not wanting the entire series to be ruined, is a tangled feeling. Three stars for the movie itself, one star for the Extrame ways, and one star for the feelings.
