The metaphor behind the killing

I think this kind of symbolic killing is quite clear, a metaphor of life-and-death struggle for status and resources in American society.

Implicit fascist thought: poor, people at the bottom, inferior people, unworthy to live, such a society will become better.

However, even if the middle class is doing well, it seems to be fully insured, but there is still an implicit crisis: the inner conscience.

Because of conscience, letting the escaped black man in, triggered the crisis that followed. And this superficial behavior, out of the son's conscience, has brought about a real purification...heart redemption. Father wakes up and decides to protect black people and resist foreign enemies. He was respected and loved by his family. In the same way, the family, who was finally rescued by black people, also realized the fallacy of killing.

Ivy people, noble, children of wealthy families symbolize some kind of aristocracy. However, the superficial success of these people, the social resources and status they obtained, were obtained by "killing" the lower classes of people.

In the same way, the successful sale of the insurance system comes from extracting the resources of the neighbors. Naturally, the dissatisfaction of the neighbors comes early, and they want to devour them in turn. This is indeed a pathological condition of a capitalist society.

Aside from the mentally retarded plot, let me over-interpret: the hereditary capitalists who once sat on their hands and enjoyed their dividends will one day be buried by a huge wave of accelerated involution. No one can stay safe forever. It's a pity that capitalists don't watch movies d(^_^o). The settings are okay, it's a shame. The whole movie is this face (^_^;)

Bad films all over the world are appearing together, so you really can't go to the movies because of the actors. Originally thought that the most impactful three views would be the setting of the movie's wonderful works, but I did not expect that the most ruined three views were the bear child and the female protagonist's heart of Mary Su who should be strangled from the beginning. The film type is divided into: science fiction / thriller / horror, and then none of the three are considered.

The Purge quotes

  • James Sandin: Why did you let him in our home? We have no idea who's after him

  • Polite Leader: There you are. Thank you for accepting my invitation. Now tell me, why haven't you delivered the filthy swine to me yet? Are you protecting him? I certainly hope not, Mr. Sandin.

James Sandin: No, of course not. I just can't find him. You see, this is a misunderstanding. My son let him in. He's a young boy, he doesn't know better... but I support what goes on here tonight one hundred percent, I sell security equipment. See, I would never deny yours or anyone's right to purge. You are very...

Freak Interrupting: Just give us the homeless pig, you fuck-...

    [gets shot in the head]

Polite Leader: Sorry about that. I don't condone that kind of behavior. Just keep in mind, Mr. Sandin, he was my friend and you are not. Our equipment is arriving soon and we will get him. Send out he, or that will be thee.

James Sandin: I'll go get him.

Polite Leader: You should do that.
