1 point to Saber, 1 point to Holy Sword

When I was very young, I watched Disney's "Sword in the Stone", then the "Fate" series, then the round table, and the admiration for Western chivalry, so I couldn't resist "King Arthur".
When I went to the theater, it was so cold that I booked a room for 20 yuan, but after reading it, I realized that even if it was a 20 yuan package to send snacks, I still felt that it was a loss.
In my fantasy, "King Arthur" should be made into an epic blockbuster like "Troy" or "The Lord of the Rings", but I didn't expect the reality to be a visual MTV of "A Song of Ice and Fire" + "Harry Potter". History has become "black history
" (dark fairy tale-style history), the good theme of the sword in the stone is super-burning, and it has been brushed off. The MTV-style childhood narrative is really a waste of Disney's efforts. "My King" has almost no kingly demeanor in this film, and is more like a gangster vying for territory, lustful in heroism.
However, there are still some key historically famous events, otherwise, it is really like watching "A Song of Ice and Fire", getting dizzy by the fast-paced editing. If you just want to relax in the theater and enjoy the audio-visual feast, this may be acceptable. However, the whole film is too "seven" to be useless except for special effects.
"From nothing, to the holy sword in hand", I have to praise this copy, and half of it came for this copy, I originally wanted to see how a hero can make a fortune. But unfortunately, this film has destroyed a hero, a source of western chivalry. After this film, "from the holy sword in hand to nothing".

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword quotes

  • The Mage: You know what we have to do. In order for him to control Excalibur, he needs to go to the Darklands.

    Bedivere: That's not happening.

    Bedivere: ...Welcome to the Darklands...

The Mage: He needs to take the sword to the tower.

    Bedivere: Give me another way.

The Mage: There is no other way. And he has to go alone.

Bedivere: He can't survive the Darklands alone!

The Mage: You don't want all of him to survive, that's the point. You have to break his old self completely, wear him down. You want him to think big? Give him something big to think about.

Bedivere: You're playing with fire, mage. And I'm not killing the king before he's even become one!

  • The Mage: Pick it up. Pick it up with both hands.

King Arthur: YOU pick it up.
