As a fan of the movie, I am very satisfied as a gamer when I see the content that restores the details of the game.
Passers-by and audiences can’t understand and understand, but it’s really too much to give 1 star and label it a bad movie if you don’t agree. This movie is not the kind of bad movie without any advantages.
There are many highly restored places, such as the sacred object (apple) in the modern plot, similar to the weapons of Shao Jun and Adwal. Such as the finger-severing ceremony in the ancient plot, the action of pushing passers-by before assassination, the darts ejected from the hidden sword, the assassination by jumping in the air, and the assassination under the cover of smoke. The ancient Templars in the film are also the same as the Assassin's Creed 1 and 2 series, a typical "villain" image. In addition, the bleeding effect and the figures similar to the game characters appearing in the middle, etc.
What makes fans boil the most is the highly restored climbing and jumping. The shot of jumping between clotheslines reminds me directly of the black flag. There are also Hidden Blades that can be ejected freely, because such Hidden Blades cannot be manufactured in reality. These restore points are worth the ticket price for fans.
The disadvantage is that it attempts to explain the background to passers-by, but it does not clearly explain the forerunners, holy objects, and the related content of the Templar and Assassin organizations. It is indeed difficult to explain clearly due to the time limit, but it is not completely incomprehensible.
Another disadvantage is that the film production company, like Ubisoft, told too many modern stories, and the ancient plot could only be made into an assassin due to the length of time, and the essence of the assassin's stealth assassination was not filmed at all. At the same time, special terms such as "Apple", "Leap of Faith" and "Everything is false" are used too frequently without explanation, which makes the audience feel that the movie is confounding.
If there is a sequel, at least I will continue to support it.
