Misunderstanding of freedom

After reading a few film reviews, they all mention that one of the themes of the film is the criticism of liberalism, but I prefer to think that some people in the film have misunderstood freedom.

Freedom is generally defined as acting with free will and being responsible for one's own actions. Obviously, the second half is the prerequisite for the first half. Only when you can be responsible can you do what you like to do. People's behavior will affect oneself and others' approval. This responsibility is to be responsible to oneself and to others. But some people only mentioned the first half of the sentence "acting by free will", but deliberately ignored "and be responsible for their own actions", but that can't change the fact-there is never absolute freedom in the world! Never, and never will be!

Freedom comes from responsibility. Ideally,
if everyone assumes responsibility for their actions, everyone will have the greatest freedom without being restricted by others. But the earth is not heaven. You have your freedom and I have my freedom. If you and any of me cannot be responsible for your actions, it will inevitably cause a conflict of freedom between the two people. How to resolve this conflict, the answer is- -The rule of law! The combination of the equality of human beings and the rule of law can guarantee your freedom and my freedom to coexist peacefully. One more thing, I think freedom is more important than equality, because if equality is more important than freedom, in order to achieve equality, freedom may be endangered, and there will be no equality among people who are not free. An example is the history of socialist countries.

In the world of movies, society tends to disintegrate due to the lack of responsibility and the weakness of the legal system. Many of those who are deemed by the uncle and Luo Li to deserve the crime deserved it are abusing freedom-only their own freedom, no other people's freedom, only responsible to themselves, not to others. Those who keep making noise, occupying two parking spaces, religious fundamentalists, blocking other people’s cars, and cinemas do not turn off their mobile phones... all are the case. They are righteous to hurt others and are blamed without shame, but this It’s not about shame or morality. They are so unscrupulous because they don’t have to bear the consequences of harming others, or the consequences are so slight that they can be ignored. Of course, this is a failure of the legal system, and the uncle and Luo Li can kill and kill all the way. In the end, I went directly to the camera, which was obviously an exaggerated testimony of the failure of the legal system.

Television issues in movies are also partly related to freedom, which involves sensitive censorship and self-censorship. Is it very authoritarian and communist? It looks like this, but just as there is no absolute freedom, since even government power should be restricted, why can television be an exception?
The greatest harm of television is to promote violence and poison children. "Dog biting people is not news, people biting dogs is news", in one sentence, the characteristics of news are exhausted. What is easier to become news than stimulation is more exciting. Sex, violence, scandals, and tragedies are always the latest news, but in morals In low-level countries, stupid, ugly, rude and shameless characters are more likely to become idols, because people do not want to believe that there will be noble people and noble behaviors, and of course they are not willing to do noble behaviors. Stimulating images are more likely to leave a strong impression in the human brain, and will unknowingly affect people's lives and behaviors.
Especially children, children are the continuation of their parents’ lives, parents have an obligation to leave them the best things in the world, children are the hope of civilization but the last weak in the world, everyone has an obligation to protect them From harm. We threw our children to TV sets and game consoles, to lunatics who reported bloody and violent sex, to idiots, mentally retarded prostitutes and murderers? dereliction of duty!
So I am in favor of media censorship, but at the same time, I have reservations about who should censor it. The government’s censorship will destroy another media supervision function. I hope that there will be a good solution in the future.

In the end, the movie is great and cool, the characters are weird and cute, and the plot has been kept tense after a few times. It is unexpected. It allows people to see the end in one breath. It is very incisive and there is a little humor in it. It's been a long time since I watched such a Cult movie.
