From curiosity to heartache

This movie review should not be seen by many people, after all, it has been so long since I saw this movie. And then my description wasn't that great, and there wasn't a lot of revelations.
The first time I knew this movie was on the Oscar nominations list that year, and Carol also shined (so I got to know the slick and shy side of Rooney Mara from the girl with the dragon tattoo). When I learned that Little Freckles played the male-to-female transgender protagonist, and everyone said that after playing Lily, Little Freckles was shy and shy in everything she played. Of course, I was particularly interested in this movie. . Just haven't double clicked to open it.
So when I first started watching this movie, I mistakenly thought it would be a warm and beautiful movie. At the beginning, I was very satisfied with the dog food of Einar and Gerda. After Einar put on stockings and women's clothes, I felt a little shy but still pretty good. interesting. But in the middle, Einar's "derailed" man, Gerda, of course chose to forgive him (her), and I felt that the conflict in the plot exploded a bit. From the middle, my curious excitement disappeared, and every scene felt very melancholy. Although carol's tones are often somber, there is always a touch of warmth. The danish girl is not, its setting is either indoors or gloomy, the night is often smeared, and a layer of gauze casts another layer of shadow. That is: the person we love is by our side, but we cannot be the happiest person.

Usually watching popcorn movies, fast forward and fast forward will end, you ask me which girl is the best in Kung Fu Yoga? Don't remember, does it matter? unimportant. But when I watched this movie, I was immersed in it, so I was very fascinated by it. And I'm not substituting Einar and lily, I'm substituting Gerda. Gerda is very active and persistent, wise and resolute. It is precisely because she is a perfect woman in the film that her sorrow and pain are more prominent. She took the initiative to pursue Einar, has countless good memories with him, runs a business together, and loves each other deeply. She is the most beautiful and most loved person in his eyes. But when they brought Lily to life, everything fell apart. Her husband disappeared, and her companion became another woman, who was different from him even though she was in the same body. This person still loves her, but as a woman this lily also wants to be noticed and loved by men. Gerda chooses to put on the forgiveness hat. Yes, Gerda in the movie was also on the verge of cheating, and this person was the first man Lily liked. You are right to say that your circle is really messed up, but I can only feel heartache when I see it. She gave everything to Einar and Lily, and her love for him is unparalleled. However, there is no happy and perfect ending in the end, only death awaits them.

After watching the movie, my heart is very heavy. But after reading the top-ranked film review and the background introduction, I knew the story behind the film. Einar didn't change so quickly. After all, people don't switch between men and women, and they are not as dreamy as in the movie. And never give up, Gerda is not a female classmate without a story. After reading the backstory, I felt less sad for Gerda. In addition, the length of this movie is all taken up by the little freckles. Every time he changes and dresses up, he can't wait to use 100 screens to present it in 360 degrees. Therefore, the art form of film has great limitations, and everyone can always find imperfections.

This review is just because there is so much to say. It won't be so uncomfortable after speaking out. Just at the end, Lily said when she was dying: How have I ever deserved such love. I'm going to cry. So it's still a good movie, and it doesn't have any parts that affect the viewing experience very much. Apart from Xiaoben's appearance, there is also a rivalry with Eddie, which makes me want to laugh and be embarrassed, and our great almighty Emperor Pu. Great Emperor, go to Diaoyutai to play the piano, don't come to hook up with Alicia, she is mine!
