Dragon Heart

Quite fun. A typical European and American fantasy film. with honesty. The protagonist’s mental journey from persistence to frustration to confusion to return is the main line, with various short paragraphs, such as the dragon will cooperate with pretending to be killed, and the plot of falling into a shallow pond at the end is very fun. It was really not easy for a virtual character to be so touching in 1996. The last shot of the Dragon Star erupting in the night sky, and the knight riding a horse in the sunset, the dragon leaping out of these two shots are the most impressive.

There are many interesting details. For example, compared with Dragon's sense of humor, the knight's seriousness makes people feel that he is stupid. Dragon's personality design is very rich. I still remember that when the heroine said that the hero and the dragon were in collusion, everyone laughed and refused to believe it, and the hero made ambiguous ecstasy eyes at the heroine while laughing, hehe.

There are also classic lines. For example, "No one can break the rules" "Dreams are not easily shattered, even if they are turned into ashes, you still hold them in your hands".

The worst thing for me is martial arts design. There are many scenes of two sword fighting in the film, but after watching the fighting between Yen Zidan and Wu Jing in "The Fuse" N times, watching the fighting scenes of these European and American movies is like watching slow motion.

In addition, I may be a little distracted. After watching it twice, I still feel that I can't understand the psychological changes of the hero. But the knight, probably his psychology is such a role setting.

The boring pastime in the afternoon, the double reeds between the middle dragon and the male lead really made me laugh to death~

It seems that some scenes in the film are still fake. After reading the relevant information, I learned about some production and exploration of dragons in this film. Although this film is not very famous, its exploration of CG technology is a stepping stone for ILM. . The whole film is still very interesting in terms of content, and the universal point of view is worth reflecting on.
