If but in terms of plot, this film is relatively simple. But from the topics and deep meanings it discusses, this film gives people a sense of salvation.
Growing up in a prison guard home with deep-rooted racial prejudice, a series of events triggered by the execution of the death penalty for black condemned persons changed him. The son died, the black widow died... During the redemption, the two fell in love due to loneliness.
The ending heroine also knows the truth, and the picture of the two sitting side by side is as beautiful as a sunny day!
