learn to be a parent

I have only recently started learning to watch movies. I haven't watched TV or movies much since I was a child, and I'm not very sensitive to images. A few impressive films are triggered by the environment and memory of watching the film. For example, "The Last Dream of the Covered Bridge", what a boring film, if I watch it now, I don't know if it can be finished. However, the first time I watched it was in junior high school. On February 14th, I was bored in class and skipped school to go to the movies. I just watched any movie when I came in, until I found that the few people who watched the movie were in pairs. Yes, just realized.

Likewise, the reason "Mrs. & Mrs. Kramer" has recently entered my "one-of-a-week" is a matter of memory. The first time I saw this film was in the "Film and Television Appreciation" class at the university. In fact, it is a lesson in learning English by watching movies. During class time, you can go to the audio-visual classroom to watch movies. Of course, this opportunity cannot be missed.

College life isn't particularly exciting, or even particularly enjoyable. But the "Film and Television Appreciation" class was definitely one of the more worthwhile classes I took, and I now recall it more beautifully. In the fall, I was sitting at the same table with a Hong Kong girl. We shared a screen on the table, with headphones on, watching the old film "Mr. and Mrs. Kramer." The beautiful autumn sun and the swaying tree shadows were projected in the audio-visual classroom on the fifth floor of the Three Teachings. More than 20 students from various departments and grades sit together to watch movies and discuss the plot of the movie in English. What a wonderful time to be young.

I even remember that Xiu Xiu's English teacher reminded us: "Pay attention to this paragraph, the debate in court is one of the highlights of the whole film." So now watching this film, when it comes to that part, I can't help but fight. Spirit.

Watching this movie again, I still love it. The strong smell of life in the film is very 1980s. A lot of details are also very interesting. For example, Mr. Kramer's office career is very similar to mine now. You have to invest, you have to team building, you have to spend time chatting with your colleagues, sometimes you are very tired and want to go home and you have to stay in the office. You have to show up when you need to show up. At the same time, full of hope, some ambition, and complacent about getting a big client...

What if I have children? It has also been four years since I got married, and my thoughts and arguments about my children have gradually increased. But how much time do I have to give to my child? Does it affect my focus and pursuit of myself? Does it affect the intimate two-person world between me and him? But if I could have a kid like Billy...would I be a good mom? Maybe I still need some time to prepare, all aspects.

What Westerners can learn from is rationality. Anything, whether it is business management, marriage life, or mother-child relationship, there are ready-made one, two, three how to do it. There are various analysis and teaching theory consulting books and courses, or for dummies type, for you Check it out anytime. So maybe I don't have to worry about it. If there is a problem at that time, I will just have the energy to study and learn at any time. :)

It's so touching. I actually cried at the end. Dustin Hoffman's acting is so good.

The lives of the two began with a mess of French toast, with ordinary and trivial fragments intertwined with each other: the phrase I love you softly after being awkward with each other, and telling the night of his childhood memories, he still carries it in his arms. With milk marks, they announced the end of their lives. In the sunny afternoon, their lives unexpectedly restarted with a French toast with tears in them. Karama's affection for Karama and his father to his son was such an ordinary but touching affection.
