It is worth noting that the theatrical elements are not throughout. These elements are used when showing aristocratic life/social scenes, while Anna's happy lover life is a normal indoor/outdoor scene. At the beginning, I was still thinking that the horn and the small accordion can also go around for a while, but later I found out that this is not the case. The director should be trying to explain that aristocratic life is like acting, while secret lover life is the real life.

I have to say that it is too much a stage play. From the characters to the props, I feel like I have been beaten by chicken blood. The novel's Anna is sympathetic, and the film is indeed a terribly annoying woman, and Vronsky is a very lovable character. The Levin line can actually be removed, and the movie cannot hold so much content.
