Use seemingly awesome visual effects to cover up untenable scripts

It's rare to see such a hugely costly and cost-effective movie that doesn't require CAST, but it hides such a bad script. But the audience is easily confused by the visual effects, which makes me want to talk about why I feel that the script is untenable.

1. Any screenwriter should know that using eight tasks to connect stories is the most clumsy approach. The Hong Kong industry is commonly known as the customs clearance mode, which is a common tactic in the absence of smooth plots and reasonable breakouts.

2. The protagonist’s motivation is simplified: the

screenwriter oversimplifies the division of the US FBI and the criminals as opposites of good and evil, while turning a blind eye to the possible ambiguity and multiplicity. Therefore, the actor’s motivation has simply become an inexplicable service to the motherland. Even the hidden pain of the previous brother’s accident was forgotten, because these elements that could have effectively tapped the character’s heart are all forgotten. Being simply incorporated into the main theme by the screenwriter, he has only one very one-sided idea in his mind: catch them, complete the task, and become the FBI. But the most important thing is why they want to catch them, why they want to become FBI, the screenwriters ignore them, and just play from the first level to the last level without knowing why. Even more amazing, the most important thing for the actor to complete the task of the organization is to find evidence, but he has forgotten it after looking for it.

3. Criminals have very one-sided motives, and their methods are even more inexplicable:

In the same way, the criminal’s motives are simple and rude, and the other three people except Bodie are indistinguishable, as long as one person is enough to act. In order to complete the eight events of Ozaki, the gang did not ask why. The amazing thing is, why do you want to give back to nature while completing extreme sports, and more importantly, why do you want to give back in this way, it really makes me dumbfounded. Spreading diamonds and dollars all over the sky is to give back to nature? ! People who are so fascinated and appreciate the beauty of nature will use the destructive method of blasting mines to create mudslides to give back to nature? It seems that the American screenwriter has not penetrated Ozaki as an orientalist who pursues the philosophical realm of the unity of nature and man. In order to give back, they naturally do everything they can to commit a crime or commit a crime. Of course, this motive can be established, but the means are particularly inexplicable. I didn't understand the inherent logic of robbing the rich and helping the poor and giving back to the poor after watching the film. Therefore, under the premise that the script is very chaotic, a very inexplicable plot appeared. The sudden car battle and shooting in the gold mine seemed unusually abrupt. There is no reasonable indication of why the cars that were overturned suddenly appeared there. And why do criminals target the United States every time, and forget it when they talk about it?

So these two logics became the
male protagonist: the younger brother died, serving the motherland. The artillery friend died, serving the motherland. "Friends" die, die and die.
Criminals: Give back to nature and rob Americans of diamonds. Give back to nature and grab American dollars. Give back to nature and blow up American gold mines.
Hahaha...

4. The relationship between the characters is not at heart:

Since the hero and the criminal have been facialized, everyone is a skin without depth. As a result, the relationship between the characters has lost the level it should have, and the interesting part that is worth digging is missed.

For example, the relationship between the male protagonist and the criminal: the same love for extreme sports, the same sympathy, and even being saved a life, will it produce true brotherhood and make the male protagonist think of his younger brother, resulting in irresistible feelings? In extreme sports, because of his impulsive choices time and time again, he will always live in the end, and he will always die. Will he doubt the Ozaki Baathlon itself?

For example, the relationship between the male protagonist and the FBI detective: the friendship of the teacher or brother lacks sufficient performance.

So the actor walks in the gray area between the dilemma, and makes a difficult choice when both sides are brothers, which is completely impossible to show.

5. See the introduction saying: [Utah found that he could not help but had a friendship with this group of people. Utah fell into the contradiction between professional ethics and the pursuit of true self. He gave up everything about himself and joined the human race In the pursuit of the eight peak challenges in the extreme world]

I can only say, I'm sorry, the screenwriter, you thought you should do this, but you didn't show it at all. Anyway, as an audience, I can't see these at all.

2 stars for plot and 5 stars for extreme sports. Remove half of the plot, and the remaining extreme sports can be recorded in movie history. More than 95% of the movies were shot by real people without computer special effects. There were 5 people in the real shot, and the fifth person came to shoot the other 4 people. Cross-country, surfing, wing-suit flying, skiing, free-hand rock climbing... The movie comes out every 10 minutes and is dumbfounded. It is perfect for people who are afraid of heights and want to experience that kind of pleasure. "This is my way, let me finish it"
