We are "evil by nature"

Haneke's movies have always made me feel cold and depressed. There is nowhere to vent the emotions when watching the movie, but I am immersed in adrenaline and burst at any time. I often think that people who like Haneke’s movies are psychologically curious people who watch his movies vigilantly and principledly, and then every time the ending will be held back, they are still happy and unhappy. tired. This "Fun Game" has once again caught the cautious audience into Haneke's "perverted" trap from the beginning.
After watching this movie, I first thought of the two confrontational views of our ancestors Mencius and Xunzi, namely Mencius's "human nature is good" and Xunzi's "human nature is evil".
The so-called "good nature" means that everyone's heart is born with the nature of "goodness". Good nature is human nature and a relatively stable psychological feature. It's just that people are slowly contaminated with bad habits in society. When one or several bad habits act together on a person's nature, his original "good" character will become worse and worse. The so-called good people and bad people, that's all.
And Xunzi said that he was born with a blank sheet of paper. "Benevolence, justice, etiquette, wisdom and faith" are disguised on this piece of paper. This is an acquired disguise. Without these enlightenment, people would be hungry for food, cold for warmth, hardworking, and eager. Good sex, hatred of ugliness and hatred are all due to nature. If you let your nature develop, society is bound to be cruel, riot, and turbulent... That's why there are norms to impose on human nature.
After more than two thousand years of civilization and education, kindness has become one of the standard qualities of people in modern society. We resist evil, promote kindness, and love peace, as if we have evolved into a higher-level civilized animal, eliminating the evil of our nature. But this movie tells people cruelly that our goodness is only hypocrisy, and that there is evil in each of us that is eradicated or cannot be disguised. What is even more unbearable is that this kind of real-record form of film forces us to accept and admit that we are enjoying the sin.
From the beginning of the movie, it gives people a very unnatural feeling. Classical music suddenly inserts metal into the title, which is very cult. The dog kept yelling as if danger was approaching but the performance was still commonplace until Peter came to borrow the eggs. When Peter broke four eggs in the movie and asked for them again, I felt that the status of the protagonist Anna was being violated. , Psychologically I have begun to favor the hostess Anna. It wasn't until Paul showed up that he went out with a baseball stick and the barking stopped abruptly. With hindsight, I realized that these two hypocritical uninvited guests had already beaten the dog. When the host George came back, I was not so much expecting him to expel the uninvited guests, more so I was expecting how the two unfamiliar young men would stay and continue to violent. My psychology at the time may be out of curiosity. After all, few movies straightforwardly took the audience's psychology as the victim's position and immediately began to assault people.
Everything that followed was unexpectedly caught off guard. Discount George's legs, chat, and play unreasonable games. We have always believed that there is no love without a reason or hatred without a reason, and we are still curious about why these two strange young people would break into the family of three and commit crimes. Our emotions are painful for this family, and our psychology is as perplexed as this family. When Anna took off her clothes, we felt ashamed and unbearable. Our emotions are scheduled step by step by the director, and will be reversed at the next turning point with the rhythm.
Just when Paul said to the camera that you were on their side and you bet on which one of us would win, the nature of the whole movie changed. When Paul asks us to bet on who lives and die, we will find that we have passed the critical point of hypocrisy and immersed in the evil atmosphere created by the director. Although we still sympathize with the victim in our mood, our position is equivalent to the perpetrator. , The opposition between emotion and identity has split my body.
This feeling of being "interacted" across the screen is like a record of participating in a crime, surrounded by strong anxiety, and being ravaged like the victimized family. When the victim finally asked for a relief because he couldn't bear the torture, Paul actually said slyly to the camera again: I can't stop here, because it's not the length of the drama yet.
I broke down with this sentence. Because every minute and every second we watched is torturing the victim, and this torture cannot be stopped because the simple reason is that it did not reach the length of the film to please the audience. We are also evil people in this evil game.
Next, Anna snatched the shotgun and broke Peter. We can finally breathe a sigh of relief. The expectation of punishing evil and promoting good is finally taken a small step forward, but then to despair, Paul can remotely control time through the remote control and return to Anna to grab the gun. At the moment he grabbed the gun, and then coldly said that this is not in accordance with the rules of the game.
What are the rules of the game, I think it is just letting go of the evil in my heart. Just like we don't like this kind of violence, killing for no reason. And we look forward to the next second of the movie, as if we are slowly being loosed from the moral bondage, thinking that the movie will continue, who can survive the family, and who is the winner of this killing game.
Haneke’s movie really made people scratch the wall. It stripped away the seeds of evil in our hearts, took photos, and then left. I have not committed a crime, but I will deeply realize that at a certain moment in the movie, I am looking forward to the continuation of the crime. Well, after more than ten years of civilized education, I have to admit that human nature is evil. At some point, these evil thoughts will swallow my reason and manipulate me to make unbelievable actions.
For Haneke, he can only love and hate. Love him to see through my mind and understand me so, but hate him for unmasking my mask and making me lose face.
Fortunately, leaving the seat, I will join you in criticizing Hanek's perversion, and the moment I enjoy the sin, only I know it.

The deepest impression is the long shot of the long shot after the death of the son, which profoundly depicts a pair of parents who never dared to accept the reality to complete collapse, showing the most distorted and darkest human nature without any cover. Haneke is a film master who touches the deepest part of human nature. He nakedly shows the evil and violence of human beings. At the end, I thought there was a big reversal, but it was a cycle of human loneliness.

At the Cannes screening, Haneke said, the audience cheered and clapped together when the hostess shot and killed one of the thugs, but when the film was actually reversed by another thug with the remote control, there was silence in the theater, and everyone was silent. Stunned and overwhelmed.
