He was born with a bad background but still lived a relentless life. He exudes kindness/charm/independence/strength/confidence in his bones. Even if his body is bound by various environments, his mind is always free. My favorite is Jane Eyre knowing that the male protagonist has a wife, so she left resolutely, heartbroken, and wandering around. This part is described very well in the book, and I cried when I watched it. Many plots of the movie were deleted. It's a little hard to understand just watching the movie, and it's hard to understand the psychology and emotions of the characters. The emotions and details in the book are more clearly expressed, and it is worth watching.
