There are still some issues discussed in the film. Directly kill an innocent child and possibly 80 people die because of your inaction, what to choose.
The cost of war is beyond those of us who drink coffee and eat bread. But 80 people who may die must be worth more than this one child. There is no way to compare life by quantity. The life of an agent or a child is more precious, and there is no solution.
Nothing is perfect, and some things must be sacrificed for the core goal. Find your core purpose when everything is in sight. Those who shirk the blame must keep their positions. Americans kill dissidents, female colonels kill bad guys who have been chasing them for 6 years, and male generals do justice for what they think is right. There is no right or wrong goal, only if it is yours.
