under the ruins

"World Trade Center". 9.11. Nicolas Cage.
North Tower. South Tower. Building 3. Building 5. 7th floor.
In an instant, the World Trade Center was in ruins. After the loud noise, countless lives were buried in the rubble.
I have seen many scenes in disaster films where people save people or save themselves, and most of them are similar.
A trapped person cannot survive without one.
A trapped person can never wake up if they fall asleep.
Trapped people can't open their heavy toil eyes if they don't think of their loved ones.
Trapped people who don't accidentally bump into something will be buried forever in the rubble.
Trapped people will eventually be rescued and will be reborn after a disaster. Of course most people die in the end, but at least in the movies.
The ruins were very vast, with pieces of paper, rubble, and glass flying all over the sky. The people standing on the ground looked at the dust and cried in shock. Then some people fell into a deeper nightmare, and some were lucky enough to wake up from the nightmare.
"If we go down, we have to go all the way, and we can't look back." "Are you sure? If you go down, you may not be able to come back up." "Tell my wife and children, I love them." The rescuer said these words Move away the ruins in search of survivors.
The one who was buried was once a rescuer, but accidentally collapsed with the sudden collapse of the building. No water, no food, no sound, no light, no one, hope evaporates without a trace. Then he held on until he saw the light of the flashlight.
Those who have not experienced pain cannot speak of that pain, and those who have not been born again do not know the price of regeneration. "Welcome back", this sentence is not so easy to say.
The movie is about only the 18th and 19th people who were rescued from the ruins, and only 20 survivors were found in the huge ruins, with hundreds of victims.
"There are still hundreds of police officers buried, my God, where are they!" someone says at the end of the movie.
Death is cruel.
And the beings who are sent to the other side of the world in retaliatory disasters are often innocent, innocent lives, and people who have the same nature as you and me and have no political purpose.
The survivor John, played by Nicholas, said after seeing the day again: "No matter what happened between people, it is still warm, and we still love each other."
Love each other. Sometimes it's a touching story, sometimes it's just a joke.
The most memorable line in the whole movie is a line Welson told John in the dark when the pain was unbearable
.

Uncle Stone's favorite subject. Reminds me of flight 93

Americans are dead. Disaster films are inevitably sensational and always moved, but it does not mean that this is a good film (difficult to agree with and mediocre plot). Just watch it for Maggie Gyllenhaal.

World Trade Center quotes

  • Allison Jimeno: How am I supposed to tell Bianca that her father is dead?

  • Officer Giraldi: [looking up at the 110 story twin towers that are smoking from the top] It is impossible to save people that are THAT high up!
