Life like a sliding doors!

Life like a sliding doors! (Life is like a sliding door!) This is my emotion after watching the movie.
The film is titled "Sliding Doors" of the subway. Helen, the heroine of the film, was fired by the company as soon as she came up. On the way home, the subway door closed in front of her. At this time, the film began to perform the game of "two possibilities".
(1) Helen missed the subway, and unfortunately she was robbed again and sent to the hospital; when she got home, Jerry (her boyfriend) had just woken up and was taking a shower...
(2) Helen caught up On the subway, the strange man James sitting beside her was very charming and made her heart beat. When she gets home, she unexpectedly finds Jerry and his ex-lover lying in bed...
These are two lives with different experiences and endings. In fact, just like our own life, although there are lost, missed and sad, there are also gained, happy but confused. None of us can predict what will happen to our future when we walk out or enter a certain "door" in our life? What changes will it bring to our lives.
Everything is unknown. I think the unknown may be the reason why we humans want to live. Maybe this is the charm of life!

There are no assumptions in life, and letting things take their course may be the best outcome.

Sliding Doors quotes

  • Helen: I kissed you.

James: Yeah, I spotted that too.

  • Russell: Sorry, let me just... Lydia's becoming more and more demanding and you feel bad because Helen's working night and day to keep the money coming in. But you've asked Helen to come on a research trip to Dorset with you - knowing that she wouldn't be able to - to cover up the fact that you're really taking Lydia. And despite the fact that Lydia gave you an out on the phone - which you didn't take - you're having a moral dilemma.

    [pause]

Russell: Gerry, you are a morality-free zone.
