The first time I saw this film was eight years ago, and it was the beginning of my attention to Michael Fassbender. His brief appearance in such a small non-mainstream movie, with a thick hormonal atmosphere mixed with selfish determination, is enough to capture people's senses.
About this film, what I can recall now is a sense of smell rubbed into the vision, as if the wet and cold green moss at the bottom of the cliffs along the English Channel was wet and washed by waves of tides.
Although I often think of it and long for it for no reason, like today, this moment. But I still decided not to rewatch it at will, and leave some space, time and chance for it.
