"All Quiet on the Western Front" is not only a milestone in film history because of its earliest use of mixed recordings, but also the anti-war spirit it contains is still shining brightly today. The experiences of several German soldiers, propaganda under the slogan of "patriotism", the transformation of the protagonist's thinking, give a real insight into the patriotic heroism of fans for their own interests.

The movie is a good movie, but its truth should only make sense for certain countries. For other countries, I think the angle this movie wants to express is a bit narrow after all.
