"Earth Night", I really like the style of the title, a bland but interesting movie. One same night, five different countries, between taxi drivers and passengers, five stories of sadness and joy, with mixed flavors. Basically, the whole film is promoted in the chat. It can’t be called how exciting. There is no climaxing plot. It may even require patience after watching it, but I think it is very interesting, and it has a unique feeling. After watching it, I have a strange feeling. There are lighthearted and humorous dialogues, sharp and pungent satire, subtle black humor, and warmth. It can be said that all living beings have a remarkable appearance, which makes people reminisce and think over and over again. At the end of the film, the lives of the protagonists return to dullness, like countless nights.

Uncle Fried Chicken is also from a black stereotype. The New York show is also very real. I like it. The two beauties in the first paragraph are too pleasing to the eye. To be honest, the stamina is a bit lacking, and Bernini is still a regular funny ratio. But it also reminds me of the two Shanghai uncle drivers I met, one is a classical music fan, the other is a trumpet player, both stopped the car and chatted with me for a few cigarettes, two unforgettable midnights

Oh my shit, I finally understand the source of the waist band's divine comedy "The World Minutes". It's the Hong Kong translation of this film, and it's not "What about the world? Minutes." but "The world is this minute."

Night on Earth quotes

  • Corky: I'm real particular, you know, and I'm also patient enough. I mean, at least I hope I am. Cause, you know, I don't know, maybe you got to wait awhile, you know. Cause, like, maybe it's not so easy to find like the exact, right guy, you know. Like, the one guy, you know.

Victoria Snelling: Another mechanic, maybe? Huh?

Corky: Hell, I don't care what he does. Just as long as he loves me, right - with his soul. You know, takes me for who I am.

  • Victoria Snelling: [on the phone] I may be having a brilliant streak right here in the taxi. Yes, I'm really in a taxi. No, I can't tell you right now. Um, all I can say is: I have an idea.
