red sole, black high heels

I like that life is full of climaxes and ups and downs, the process is very rich, exciting and thrilling. This movie is to make you have hope for love, but also hold your heartstrings tightly, and it will not let you relax until the end.
Although we sometimes masochistically like tragedy, we think that it is more in line with reality, and we also think that there are not so many coincidences and miracles in reality. But I like the ending, I like the reunion.
I like Matthew's simple and honest look, like his panicked explanation "Lisa, I'm not what you think i am, ok?", I like the faint smile when he sees the surprise written on the shoebox. This is one of my favorite touches in the whole movie "Tomorrow night...Now you won't have to follow me!".
There are a lot of good things in the movie, but I like their first conversation in the shoe store the most, like the little surprise in the shoe store, like the pair of black high heels with red bottoms, like her unscrupulously placed on his Feet on knees waiting to try shoes.
Black heels with red soles are beautiful, glamorous, and key. It keeps them talking, surprises them, keeps them going, and more importantly, reunites them.
Because, seven is not 8 1/2.

The editing is fancy, the suspense is not enough, and the fake Lisa is too bad

Why does Alex still have two big pimples on his face in Hollywood movies~? I can't figure it out...

Wicker Park quotes

  • [Matthew discusses with Luke about what he should do with his fiancée Rebecca and the girl of his dreams Lisa]

Matthew: You're right. This doesn't make any sense. One minute I'm here looking at rings, and the next I'm here, doing this.

Luke: Whoa. Whoa, looking at rings? I didn't realize you were that serious.

    Matthew: Apparently, I'm not.

Luke: See, that is how the universe works. The minute you make a decision, you decide on anything, along comes temptation.

    Matthew: What would you do?

Luke: [laughs] Keep them both and hope they didn't find out about each other.

Matthew: [laughs] That's perfect. Asshole! I have to find out why she left.

Luke: She got scared. Everyone gets scared.

Matthew: No, not Lisa. She wouldn't have left without an explanation. Without some sort of letter or a call or something. She's not like that. I mean, something must've happened, and whatever it was...

Luke: Screwed you up big time.

Matthew: [pause] I know she loved me.

Matthew: I needed you to know.

Rebecca: Know what? Know what, Matthew? That I'm not the girl who can break your heart?
