Although we sometimes masochistically like tragedy, we think that it is more in line with reality, and we also think that there are not so many coincidences and miracles in reality. But I like the ending, I like the reunion.
I like Matthew's simple and honest look, like his panicked explanation "Lisa, I'm not what you think i am, ok?", I like the faint smile when he sees the surprise written on the shoebox. This is one of my favorite touches in the whole movie "Tomorrow night...Now you won't have to follow me!".
There are a lot of good things in the movie, but I like their first conversation in the shoe store the most, like the little surprise in the shoe store, like the pair of black high heels with red bottoms, like her unscrupulously placed on his Feet on knees waiting to try shoes.
Black heels with red soles are beautiful, glamorous, and key. It keeps them talking, surprises them, keeps them going, and more importantly, reunites them.
Because, seven is not 8 1/2.
