To be honest, all I learned after watching this documentary is the profiteering in food production that exists in America and the compromises people are making between healthy food and junk food. The skyrocketing population and the lack of resources have caused the capitalists to use many methods to increase the production of food, but they have been neglected due to lack of experience or the belief that safety issues do not have much impact. The issue of food recalls still exists today, and no relevant regulations have been introduced. In fact, when high interests are linked to public health, it is a tough battle, a war without gunpowder smoke.
There are still a lot of food safety problems in China. The state is also strengthening management in this regard. I hope there will be no more incidents of big-headed dolls. It is too sad.
I am glad that my family can buy fresh vegetables and meat at the vegetable market, which is very good.
