Half a year ago in India, on the last afternoon of the trip, I decided to experience Bollywood. At that time, the film was just released in India, and I just had the opportunity to experience it. Because there are no English subtitles, many plots can only be advanced by guessing, but even so, the whole film has made us Chinese people feel very happy, and it has seriously exceeded expectations. A girl who was in the same movie theater said that she had not seen such a wonderful movie for many years (I reckoned afterwards that the theater we watched in Delhi was very luxurious and a big bonus).
There are a few points that left a deep impression:
1. The plot is not gritty, there is no cultural gap, and the plot is well accepted by people from any country;
2. When you want to desert, there is another musical performance, gorgeous to the sky ;
3. The hall we sat in was basically full. During the travel period, basically all major theaters were mainly promoting this film, which could be seen everywhere on street corners. We can even see posters when we pass by small suburban villages and towns.
4. The singing and dancing scenes in the circus performance are wonderful!
5. The heroine has an excellent appearance and a good figure, and she has properly exploded the streets of China's No. 1 girl. But it gives the impression that her performance tension is not just a vase. Later, I checked it, and it was of mixed Indian and British blood. Personally, the looks of Indian women are a bit polarized, and the bad ones are indeed difficult to be accepted by foreigners. However, for historical reasons, if some people happen to inherit some advantages of British appearance, they will be beautiful. Very nice and international.
5. As far as the combination of pictures, music, special effects, and dramatic control is concerned, it has left China a lot. Perhaps it is related to the fact that India itself received Western education and the hybridization of Indian and Western cultures. The director's thinking pattern is not bad at all. There is also a detail, the quality of advertisements before the movie starts, the creativity and the beauty of the picture, the bunker.
6. A convenient time of 10 minutes is also set in the middle.
7. Maybe some people can't accept it. Among us, there is a middle-aged elder brother who came out and said that Zhang Yimou is good-looking, and the women are no better than Zhang Ziyi. . . . . . . (was besieged by us crazy).
I remember seeing a book at Delhi Airport, The Future is India. Of course, every country has a similar book, you can call it a book of obscenity. However, I don’t know how the Chinese director will feel when watching this Indian blockbuster (shake it, China!).
