Similarly, this contemplative and contradictory element also appears in Ma Ling's other work "Listen to My Voice." The interesting point is that every time someone joins this organization, or enters the underground party from the outside world, they need to complete a set of secret actions. It is similar to a clapping game but has a very complicated beat. If you don’t pay attention to the action, you will make a mistake, so you need to be energetic. Highly concentrated. Although it has been explained in the film that the female leader is a criminal and has participated in activities such as gun escapes, it also explains why she never wants to show her face and has been living in a self-made ecosystem. But I didn't expect the end of the film to be the real climax. The female leader and the little girl who had never met before began to look at each other. After the two hands touched, the female leader patted the little girl's hand. The little girl suddenly brightened her eyes and started the cult without any obstacles. The whole set of clapping exercises is exactly the same. After the end, the little girl asked in surprise:'How do you know my secret clapping exercise? ' The female chief confided to her that she was her daughter, and then she was taken away by the police attracted by the informant. The film ends in the indescribable eyes of the lurking person. Although the generalization is very general, it can be seen that this intriguing element, such as the suspense left by the magician to the audience, is an intentional decision, not an accidental sale. This is why Ma Ling and Zal's various films are not very popular with the public. They may be slightly lacking in terms of plot, but the focus is on the essence, not just for telling stories.
When it comes to storytelling, Ma Ling himself is also very unusual.
