After the city was restored to calm, the villain reconvened the old ministry to make a comeback, and colluded with the alien evil forces Lange to try to dominate the earth. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Leonardo (Pete Ploszek), Raphael (Alan. Alan Ritchson), Donatello (Jeremy Howard) and Michelangelo (Noel Fisher) and female reporter Abel O’Neill (Meghan Fox) Megan Fox (played by Megan Fox), Wayne Fenwick (played by Will Arnett), and Masked Vigilant Casey Jones (played by Stephen Amell) fight side by side against the villains. After Slade (played by Brian Tee) escaped detention, he and the mad scientist Baxters Tokman (played by Tyler Perry) and his two clumsy left arms, pig noodles and bull heads United, released a demon plan to control the world.
