Bob Messer is a customs officer who often works undercover to catch drug traffickers. Although he is eligible to retire with full benefits, he does not hesitate to commit personal risks in order to solve the criminal group money laundering case. He and his colleague Emile Afreou changed their names and surnames, posing as wealthy businessmen who can provide money laundering services, and through the introduction of informants, they met some business people who needed this service. After layers of matchmaking, he met Roberto Elcano, one of the partners of the criminal group, and succeeded in gaining his trust. Bob Messer planned to arrest all the people involved in the money laundering case, including Roberto Elcano, at his "wedding", successfully uncovering the inside story of the most serious money laundering case in American history.
