Joss Whedon, born on June 23, 1964 in New York, USA, is an American screenwriter, director, producer, actor, and comic book writer. In his early years, he studied at Winchester College in the United Kingdom and Wesleyan University in the United States. After graduating in 1987, he went to Hollywood to develop. He participated in the screenwriting work of "Toy Story", "Alien 4" and other films successively. In 1996, with "Toy Story" was nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay. In 1997 and 2002, the TV series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and the sci-fi drama "Firefly", which were written and directed by themselves, were launched successively, which established the industry status. In 2005, his first directed film "Out of Serenity" was released. In 2009, the TV series "Doll Agent" was launched.
