Nice "old" movie

Wonderful old movie! Under the intoxicating light of the lake and the trees, it shows the silhouette of an elderly couple's life. In front of Henry Fonda and Katherine Hepburn's acting skills, Jane Fonda can only be regarded as an inconspicuous embellishment. The only thing that bothers me is why she is so dark? Was it tanned or was it originally? The difference in skin color between her and her father is too big, hehe. What should also be praised about this film is the wonderful dialogue, perhaps because it is adapted from a drama, in many dialogues, people have the feeling of every word.

In fact, I didn't really like Catherine Hepburn before, and I thought she was too noisy and chirping. But when I watched this movie, she was really moved by her. She maintained her screen image until her old age, still so noisy but cute. Henry Fonda also played well, and he watched several irritable scenes that made people sad and wanting to laugh. Jane Fonda feels so old, not as beautiful as "Space Heroine Barbana".

But I want you to bear one thing in mind while you're jerking me around, making me feel like an asshole. I know precisely what you're up to. I'll take just so much of it. Ok?... Now what is the bottom line on this illicit sex question?
Norman: Very good. That was a good speech. Bottom line, huh? You're a bottom line man? All right, here's the bottom line... Okay.
Bill Ray: Hm?
Norman: You seem like a nice man. A bit verbose, but nice...
Bill Ray: Thank you.
Norman: ...and you're right about me. I am fascinating.
Bill Ray: I'm sure you are.
Norman: Let's get back to talking about sex... anything you want to know, just ask me.
Bill Ray: No, I just... uh, I just wanted to clear up that little question. Chelsea and I can sleep together, right?
Norman: Sure, please do.
[pauses, resumes reading]
Norman: Just don't let Ethel catch you.
