What does a high-budget, low-level movie look like?

Jackie Chan's movie is full of expectations, but after watching the movie, I just want to say: "Uh...". The whole film, from the production of technical special effects, the soundtrack and the picture processing (except for the lens special effects that go over the rope is slightly flawed, to put it bluntly, this is the special effect I see, it is too fake) is very good, but the whole film The soul of the story - the plot, is really too general. The superimposition of highway movies and old-fashioned police and bandit movies actually did not break out of the stereotype of Jackie Chan's later films such as Who I Am and Flying Dragon Reborn. There are no surprises in the action design, and there is no major breakthrough in the acting. Overall, it's fun to watch. Two and a half stars.
