I watched Kikujiro's Summer at the beginning of this summer. The film is quite long, and it makes me laugh when I watch it. Wearing a coat in the dormitory tonight, I always thought, this summer is so rich, this summer is over.
Kikujiro's summer is a summer when he goes on the road with his children. Kijiro is a jerk like us. Because of growing up, because of survival, unknowingly, like us, I was deceived. But Kikujiro looks like a bastard. He bent his legs inward, walked staggeringly, tilted his head to look at people, his eyes were cloudy and unclear. But I think the director has a lot of benevolence in his male protagonist in this way. He turned Kikujiro into an old hooligan, which made us feel more at ease. I looked at him like a rogue, so I didn't take him seriously, and just watched him walk around calmly and indifferently. And his scoundrel would impress me little by little.
The child is called Zhengnan. An introverted little boy. Peace of mind and clarity. So the first time on the road, about Kikujiro, his title is "Mr. is strange".

It can also be melancholy at the start of a long summer. If it is a person. no partner. So summer is probably a really good theme for finding and walking. It's dull and inexplicably manic. Small children will want to run wild in the scorching sun and water so wide that they can drown their bodies. And the golden yellow that the big tree converges makes the background wild and gorgeous. The fields and the long sky are dry and distant, and the white clouds are cascading and wandering in the sky. In the shade of the trees and the storm, there is a serenity of division. Therefore, summer is the season of dull and gorgeous, quiet and noisy, sweat and blue sky, rain and stars at night.
