I watched "Memories Trilogy"

I watched Otomo Keyang's "Memories Trilogy". The three films seem to have unrelated plots and completely different styles. After watching it in a row, it makes people want to stop. It is worthy of being "the most esoteric Japanese anime movie".

The people of the future are immersed in the love and hate of the past; the people of the present are fooled by the collective; the people of the past try to rule the future.

Using art, smell or cannons as a medium, people marry their fantasies. Reality is not necessarily more difficult than fantasy, repeated efforts, repeated setbacks, and repeated delays. It ends with a strongman's delusion and begins with a beauty's mirror image. They are all unsolved mysteries, all eternal problems. Makes sense, I understand. Nothing but tragedy and comedy. Before 113 minutes, I thought they were contradictory.
