"Girl"
This is a film made by a new director. The rhythm of the whole film is slow, and the story is simple but novel.
The story is simple, that is, a boy, with a boy's body, but with a princess heart. In order to unite his body and soul, he decided to undergo sex reassignment surgery and become "her". The film tells the story of this adolescent boy who endured unbearable pain for ordinary people while pursuing the normal growth path of ordinary girls.
The film also uses different warm and cold tones, light and dark lighting in different scenes to express the pain of the "girl" and the stubbornness that never gives up.
The opening film is a warm tone. When the "girl" is alone in the room, most of it is presented in a warm yellow tone.
When the girl is at home with her father and younger brother, it is a warmer color. The tone restores the real scene, with a little warm color filter.
In public places, it is a natural scene, and there is no fill light on the face. The high background light is brighter than the face, and the face is buried in the shadow, highlighting the feminine atmosphere of the heroine.
When a girl receives a sex reassignment surgery consultation, her longing for her future life is full of strong colors, and the color saturation is relatively high. The colorful background wall, colorful clothes, and big purple chairs are also the only clothes with strong colors that the heroine wears in the movie.
Dark tone treatment, the heroine goes to the bathroom to change clothes after the dance class is over. Compared with the bright tone of the dance studio, the picture is much dim, and the heroine's pain of tearing off the tape is aggravated in the dim picture.
