#InfinitePossibilities:If# (What if )(B+) From the first three episodes, it is indeed a big brain opening, opening up infinite possibilities, and giving our familiar characters more opportunities to re-interpret their lives. Some characters are better played, but some are "buried". Overall, if you're tired of previous Marvel movies, you'll be interested in seeing familiar characters start new storylines, and some people's journeys may be more interesting than they are in the movies.
The subversive "Captain 1" content in the first episode, what if Peggy injected serum instead of Steve? The biggest difference in this part is that Peggy, as a woman, was not respected and trusted in that era even if she acquired superpowers, and faced more doubts. She did not become a hero that everyone loved like Captain America. She needs to pay more to prove herself. At the same time, Peggy and Steve's love line has a chance to be rewritten. Bucky is expected to avoid his tragic fate and continue to be a tongue-in-cheek young warrior. (My personal favorite is this episode because it finally lets me stop complaining about the ending of Avengers 4)
The second episode subverts the content of "Silver Guardian 1 and 2". What if Yondu kidnapped not Peter but T'Challa, the successor of King Wakanda? Maybe T'Challa will be a better Star-Lord? But if Tachara finds out who he really is, will he go back to Wakanda? The highlight of this episode is naturally the return of #ChadwickBoseman#, which was recorded before his death, and people will miss him again when they hear it.
The third episode overturned the content of "Reunion 1". What if S.H.I.E.L.D. failed to form the Avengers generation? Does anyone know that this plan is specially designed to stop them, can they kill the Avengers in their cradle before they are established? Most audiences have a great attachment to the Avengers generation and have a very strong emotional sustenance. But the characters added later can't be ignored, such as Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, Silver Protector, Magic Red, Black Panther, etc. If there is no Avengers generation, will their strength be enough to protect us?
Every movie we are familiar with will be subverted and changed, and new story lines will be proposed. Some of them are really unpredictable. This is the fun part of the show, which is unpredictability. At present, the three episodes are unrelated, and there is no indication that the three episodes are in the same universe, and they are likely to be independent of each other.
But the downside is that every time you change a node on the timeline, it always looks rushed and easy, making the audience wonder, "Does this really work?" There is a very simple reason why it won't happen. People you think won't die die easily. These are not the focus of the story, so they are often brushed aside, leaving the audience amazed at how a small change can lead to a completely different outcome. Even if some characters change positions, as heroes, they still seem to embark on a similar "destiny".
Of course, there is still a lot of humor in the cartoon, such as Coulson and Nick Fury constantly teasing how beautiful Thor's hair is [haha]
The Watcher has a mysterious identity and name, but at present it is just a narration [Yun Bei] saying: "I only observe and do not interfere", so that he, like the audience, can only be dumbfounded, and it seems that he has no ability. unless. . . Looking forward to more surprises in the future.
