Sabrina’s monologue in the film is really fascinating, a woman who knows how to live, she said that she has been taking pictures with her eyes all her life, yes, life The beauty of China can only be discovered with a pair of smart eyes.
The trip to Paris made her find herself, as his father said, "What really matters is you are away from here, experiencing new things, finding new friends ,getting another view of the world, and not constantly thinking about you know who." She is lucky to find herself, how many people are still wandering in a foreign land, guarding a piece of sky that does not belong to her, not knowing where to go. Find yourself,at some place,at sometime.
I think that it's totally wrong to see it as another Cinderella story. Sabrina is not a cinderella, instead ,she is an angel,a fairy,a smart sophistecated lady and she deserves everything this world has to give.
There is a version of Hepburn in the film that loves Paris, but apart from Hepburn's charming face and occasional funnyness, I don't find anything I particularly like.
Also, why should it be translated into a dragon and phoenix match?
