Never see again 2020

The whole film satirizes this magical year everywhere. 2020 has really happened a lot, from the Australian fire, to Brexit, to the new crown, to blm, to the US election. . Personally, although the whole film is a review of 2020, it still focuses on viewing this year from the perspective of the United States. In the form of a pseudo-documentary, this film looks at the big events in 2020 from the perspective of different professions and different people in society. It satirizes the phenomenon of self-deception and deception in society.

The reflections in several places are very profound.

The first one is the beginning, saying that a little girl's speech calling to protect the environment touched the richest person in the world (If you remember correctly, it was the CEO of a technology company?). This person said that as one of the richest people in the world, he felt he was qualified to do something, so he immediately called and bought a mountain in xxx. At first I thought he used this mountain as a landfill place or something, but he said that he used this mountain as his own shelter. He said that maybe someone outside called him selfish, but I'm sorry, it's soundproofed here.

The second place is the remarks of the White House spokeswoman. She only believes in what she believes, only cares about what she cares about, and thinks what's matter is what she believes it is. For example, the narrator said Trump said that the new crown would disappear on its own in March. A White House spokesperson said that this is what the media company said is fake news. When the director showed her the cut of Trump's words, she said, ok, that never happened. For another example, she always emphasized that conservertive voices are being silence, but she said it on youtube, talk show, podcast, news interview, and even bestseller. Are all conservative voices really suppressed? Yes to her, because she believes so.

The third place is the blm vs alm that the history professor talks about. In fact, activities to promote blm have always been there, and I have also witnessed at least three blm movements, protests, and marches that I think of now. This year's reaction is so strong because the death of Eric Garner after being arrested by a white policeman became the last straw that killed the camel. Because black people feel that they are being treated unequally because of their skin color, they yell blm. The people shout blm not to say that their lives are more important than others, but because they feel that the lives of black people are not given the same importance as the lives of others. As mentioned by the history professor, I agree with alm. It’s amazing. By my side, I have indeed heard voices saying that what black people actually want is privilege, not equality. I just saw a film review, which probably means that blm and alm are actually viewed from two different perspectives. Blm is from the black point of view, and alm is from the white person's point of view. I think it makes sense. One thing suddenly came to mind. I heard a voice saying that so many armed demonstrations, smashing, looting and killings on the streets of the United States were actually deliberately planned by a certain organization, and this organization proved to be controlled by a communist behind the scenes. The person I spoke to was convinced of this statement, and where did she get the news from, youtube.

The fourth place is the net celebrity mother. I have to say that this actor's performance is very vivid. This character vividly describes the state of many people's concerns about what is happening in society-pretending to care about themselves, but in reality they are not caring. There is a place that pokes me a lot. The internet celebrity said that of course she will support blm unconditionally. If there is a parade, she will also go, unless the parade is on Tuesday, because she has fitness classes that day. Poke my first point-my own fitness class is more important than social sports; the second-"Tuesday". As far as I know, there is a sport in the United States called blackout day, and the blackout day of 2020 is July 7, which happens to be Tuesday. At that time, everyone was posting a black screen on my ins, hashtag #blackouttuesday to support this movement. Checked Wikipedia, the description of blackout day is as follows: " Blackout Day is a social media-promoted event in which all supporters of the Black Lives Matter Movement are encouraged to not spend any money for a full day in hopes of attaining attention and resolve to end police brutality and racism towards Black people." It can be seen that this internet celebrity mother actually doesn’t care about blm in her heart. In addition, she “does nosy” over and over again and asks the other party to show her certificates and small tickets. Waiting to prove that this item belongs to him also makes me feel ridiculous. There is a kind of self-righteous "sense of justice". Oh, and her attitude to the staff who lifted the wheat at the scene proves this. There is another point. If I remember correctly, she said at first that she felt that the parade was very bad. She felt that everyone should stay at home and wait for things to pass, calm down, and then go out to parade. My view on this is to think about things later. Just passing is actually a way to escape. Social conflicts don’t pass just because you wait; and why wait until you calm down before going to the parade to avoid armed violence? Is the parade the cause of armed violence?

There are too many details, just record a few that I feel impressed and deeply touched. Although this film lasted 70 minutes, I watched it for a long time. It's interesting to stop and ponder in many places. I think the backgrounds of many scenes are intentional. Sometimes when I watch them, I pause. I think about contacting, and then I look down. Although it cannot be said that all the baggage has been obtained, there are still a lot of gains overall.

Black Mirror (director) must be a fine product. Although it is a pseudo-documentary that reviewed the big news of 2020, from the perspectives of different professions, different classes and different people, it is also very interesting to see how different people in the society react to these big events from the perspective of each person's narrative. In this way, we can see what the status quo in society is like. There may be some angles that exaggerate certain characteristics, but in some places I can really feel the same. One open line and one dark line, the things of the black mirror must be carefully considered haha.
