Ten years ago, the "Great Collapse" caused severe damage to the world and led to the emergence of mysterious hybrids-babies who were born half-human and half-animal. Unsure whether the hybrids are the cause or the result of the virus, many people fear and hunt them. After a boy with antlers named Gus (Christian Confrey) settled in a secluded forest for ten years, by chance he made friends with a lone ranger named Jeppard who was wandering around. Together, they embarked on an extraordinary adventure across the United States, looking for answers about Gus's birth, Jeppard's past, and the true meaning of home. But their stories are full of unexpected allies and enemies, and Gus quickly learned that the lush and dangerous world outside the forest is more complicated than he thought.

This plot may be too long to make a movie, and it actually dragged on for a full eight episodes. There is no such thing as an emotional turning point. The positive characters will bow down to the willful child of the protagonist and risk their lives to run across the United States. Perhaps the biggest surprise for me was that my mother was actually the sister actress in My Days of Mercy, the only thing to watch in season two.

? ? A man with a baby lived in the mountains for 9 years, without even a bow and arrow, let alone a gun, no defense system or planting system, no hunting, no fishing, no foreign trade, and survived on just a few tomatoes, And the surrounding forests are not cut down, there is no shortage of salt, soap, medicine, nails, and the clothes are all new, reminds me of "The Truman World"...
