Nothing about guilty or innocent

At first I wanted to watch this film because of John Cusack, but later I realized that his performance in it was not so brilliant. On the contrary, some other people attracted my interest.

The smile of the woman controlling the voodoo had already appeared at the beginning of the film. When the plane John was riding in was whizzing past, the woman sat on the park bench and gave out a mysterious smile. At the end of the film, it is also on the same bench, with invisible eyes under the sunglasses. She holds some nuts in one hand. It looks like the statue in the Garden of Evil and Good. It seems that one side is good and the other is evil, and the turning point is just a thought. . This makes people wonder whether Voodoo's mysterious power really exists, and what she knows.

The old man walking the dog walked a non-existent dog in the park, and the dog's chain was suspended in the air. It was amazing how this was done. John didn't understand it, so he asked Jim, and asked why he didn't give Uga to the old man for a walk. And Jim's answer impressed me deeply, "Then, who would walk Patrick?" It feels that people's lifestyle conventions are deeply ingrained. The lazy sunshine in the south gives people a special unwillingness to change.

And the most worth seeing Frank, although he doesn't like what others call her, a man who owns men's toolbox, but besides, a total lady. Her talk show, her brave dance party, and the frank and bold tesitfying in the court all made people unconsciously attracted by her special temperament, although I never thought she was very good-looking.

There are also many people, such as Sunny's wonderful defense in court, weird people who walk around with bugs, and the young Jude Law. They are all worthy of savoring.

I agree with the statement at the beginning and end of the film about the hidden theme of the painting. An overpainting landscape has a harmonious and serene surface, but I don't know what it looks like inside. It's like we will never know the truth about midnight, because both parties have gone to the west. Then there are countless possibilities.

I will not discuss the good and evil of human nature for the time being, because some things will be more appropriate, but I think that if I were Jim, I would make the same choice and use the resources I can control to defend myself.
