In 2001, this TV series was launched on the Disney TV Channel. With its relaxed comedy style and plot close to the lives of teenagers, it once became the ratings champion. Because of the success of the TV series, Disney launched The Lizzie Mcguire Movie in 2003, which is the movie version of this TV series. More than ten years ago, there was a "Growth Troubles", which had a great influence in China. It was similar in style to this drama. CCTV began to broadcast this drama in the winter vacation of 2006, and it was translated into "New Growth Troubles". It has been replayed at three or four o'clock in the afternoon.
