, une étrange aventure de Lemmy Caution (1965) This

film won the 1965 15th Berlin Film Festival Gold Bear award.

The film tells a sci-fi story about life in a computer-dominated city. The male protagonist is an agent who was ordered to come to Alpha City to perform a task, that is, to kill or capture the professor who designed the Alpha system. The protagonist first saw the professor's daughter and then another agent, but he had already fallen. Later, with the help of the professor's daughter, the actor meets the professor. He is caught when he wants to do something and is interrogated by the computer. The computer was unable to understand the actor's answer, so he was asked to visit the Alpha system, and the actor took the opportunity to escape. Back at the hotel, the professor's daughter came to see the actor, and the two developed feelings during the conversation. Soon someone came to grab the actor and brought it to the professor. When the professor was talking to the hero, the hero shot him to death. Finally, the actor took the professor's daughter and fled Alpha City to another galaxy.

This movie is something that ordinary people who are talented and inexperienced are not blessed to accept, so the story, plot, and shooting method in the film make me unable to comment, and I am not qualified to comment. Just briefly talk about my feelings.

First of all, the main content of the film's performance is autocracy. Secondly, most of the movie dialogue is meaningless to me. Even if it is meaningful, it is philosophical and ideological. These are too esoteric for me who just want to watch movies simply-I really don't want to use that brain. Third, the form of film expression is inexplicable, boring, and "anti-movie", which of course corresponds to traditional Hollywood narratives. Again, this movie is too difficult for me, and too ugly! In short, "New Wave" directors are indeed extraordinary. They can make films so incomprehensible and ugly, they can be called the representative of art films, but such films can only be bad films for me.

Apart from the above feelings, I have nothing to say. In addition, I want to mention the image style in the film, which is too rough! Even making science fiction films so crude is that only European art films can do this.

The actors also didn't say much, only Anna Karina's beauty left an impression. Anna Karina is really beautiful, and so young in the film! It's better for women to be young.

in conclusion. This is a bad film in my eyes. No matter what the film critics say, the film is for the public to see after all. The filming is so obscure and ugly, why bother?

It is mainly to feel Godard's freedom and experimentation with the lens processing. The performance of the continuation space outside the frame is the most impressive point.

The pimple movie is also seen this one without a headache.

Alphaville quotes

  • Natacha Von Braun: In love? What's that?

    Lemmy Caution: This.

Natacha Von Braun: No. I know what that is: it's sensuality.

Lemmy Caution: No, sensuality is a consequence. It cannot exist without love.

Natacha Von Braun: So what is love, then?

  • Natacha Von Braun: Your voice, your eyes, your hands, your lips. Our silences, our words. Light that goes, light that returns. A single smile between us. In quest of knowledge, I watched the night create day while we seemed unchanged. O beloved of all, beloved of one alone, your mouth silently promised to be happy. Away, away, says hate; closer, closer, says love. A caress leads us from our infancy. Increasingly I see the human form as a lover's dialogue. The heart has but one mouth. Everything by chance. All words without thought. Sentiments adrift. Men roam the city. A glance, a word. Because I love you. Everything moves. We must advance to live. Aim straight ahead toward those you love. I went toward you, endlessly toward the light. If you smile, it enfolds me all the better. The rays of your arms pierce the mist.
