Three very interesting short films that took place in Tokyo, two were completed by a French director, and the other was produced by a Korean director. The surreal plot mixed into the realist story is impressive. Among them, "Interior Design" explores the sense of identity and existence of an ordinary person in crowded urban life. "Merde" is a work of genius. Karax used a bizarre character and a relatively uncomplicated story to brilliantly show the Japanese national character of cruelty, conceit and cowardice, and made a symbolic insinuation of its violence and escape. The film is unique in both the lens and the imagery (slogan about the Nanjing Massacre, original language, the innuendo "Merde in New York" at the end, etc.), allowing people not only to experience the director’s profound insights, but also his uniqueness Talent. "Tokyo Earthquake" is a film about loneliness. Whether it is a protagonist who has lived alone for ten years or an empty city, the director is trying to dramatize this sense of urban loneliness to the best of his ability. Emotion is the only way to shake this loneliness, and it is also expressed through the shaking (earthquake) of the city. (Towel City)

I was impressed by Michel Gondry. The first story was absurdly terrifying and very Japanese, including the humor of Japanese embarrassment. The lack of presence leads to changes in people, and finally it finds its own use. Leos Carax is bold enough to talk directly about the inferiority of the Japanese. Feng Junhao is so handsome, all the people in Japan are dead, and then Japan is an earthquake-prone country.

Alienation turned into a girl's feelings of joy in suffering, lowered into the chair, and blossomed from the chair; Did Leos Carax directly watch Edogawa Ranbu's "Dark Room"? ; When Kagawa Teruyuki stepped out of the house, the psychological construction was too vivid........
