Plain as water, slightly boring

I want to watch a movie that is not too intense so as not to affect falling asleep. I really chose the right one.
The entanglement between the female protagonist and the two male protagonists is really hard for us to understand, or the cultural difference is big;
the warmth of chatting with single parents on the phone was once a good development, but it turned out that the peak of the single parent turned to quirks everywhere. The madness after seeing the hat was shocking, but when I recalled the various aspects of his ex-wife in the conversation with the hostess, it was unexpected.
PS The heroine is really old! My mother looked younger instead.

    Actually, I didn't expect this film to be like this. I started to skim through it quickly and found it was boring, but it was very strange. I just didn't delete it, and then I took a closer look... A film that can hit the heart, but it's a pity Didn't get a lot of attention...and a talented female director!

Then She Found Me quotes

  • Frank: Why are you talking so fast?

    April Epner: Because I don't think Jimmy Ray should know that I'm here.

    Frank: Well if we're going to be family he should probably know he didn't just dream you up half-naked in his house and besides he knows you're here.

    April Epner: No he doesn't! I was very careful to wait until he was a safe distance away.

    Jimmy Ray: Hi, Ms. Epner!

    April Epner: Hi, Jimmy Ray.

  • Frank: You made love on the day we met?

    April Epner: [awkward pause] Ah, yeah... Sorry.

    [Frank looks around uncomfortably]

    April Epner: What happened?

    Frank: Um... I've gotta take a walk.

    April Epner: Really?
