90 minutes of personal emotional appeal

I went to Shanghai for the first time in 1995 and watched "The Lion King" at Da Guangming Cinema. At that time, I was shocked by the old animation that I had only watched on TV. It is still unforgettable. Seventeen years later, I also revisited "The Lion King" completely in the Daguangming Cinema. These 90 minutes of reminiscence of childhood are entirely personal emotional appeals. When the sun rises on the magnificent African grasslands, when the little Simba was lifted high on the top of the rock by the baboon elders, when Mufasa was pushed off the cliff by the scar, when the distressed Simba grew up in the singing of Peng Peng and Ding Man , When the scar disappeared among the coyotes... The deepest image of childhood memory seemed to take me through time and space.

Even if personal emotions are discarded, to this day, "The Lion King" is still an excellent work. The style is bright, full of energy, and well-made. Although the story is simple, it is still engaging. Especially classic soundtracks and episodes make the latter difficult. Interludes in Disney animation have always been a major feature. Each capital is a work of heart, full of emotion, but unfortunately it is not in line with today's fast-paced trend.

Watching the subtitles, the whole audience is waiting for the end of the filmAfter the broadcast, there was thunderous applause. Suddenly I felt that if my name could also appear in a certain corner of the subtitles, it would be a blessing to be able to make a mark in this historical work.

Childhood memories, Simba is the most handsome king

The Lion King quotes

  • Zazu: [singing] If this is where the monarchy is headed/ count me out! Out of service, out of Africa/ I wouldn't hang about...

[the log that he is perched on goes over a water of psychedelic colors]

    Zazu: Ahhh!

[Zazu manages to escape the free-fall as he flies towards the camera]

Zazu: [singing crossly] This child is getting wildly OUT OF WIIIIIIIING!

  • Nala: We really needed you at home.

Adult Simba: No one needs me.

Nala: Yes, we do. You're the king.

Adult Simba: Nala, we've been through this. I'm not the king. Scar is.
