The ravages of slavery

I wonder if Americans advocating freedom so much has something to do with the deprivation of freedom of many people during this period. In the absence of freedom, many people's behaviors are just for survival. Struggling on the edge of death, it is only through resistance to win survival. The feeling of this movie is that freedom is to fight for by yourself, sometimes the law is not so fair, and justice needs to be done by yourself and don’t shrink back. On the other hand, we also need to be stronger ourselves.
