most disappointing adaptation

I remember watching [The Da Vinci Code] in two days when I was a sophomore in high school, and then I watched the movie version, but I couldn't stop watching the beginning.

I started watching the original [Hell] some time ago. Due to the epidemic, I finished watching it at home. Although I didn’t have any expectations for the movie, but after all, I was bored at home, and with Tom Hanks starring, I clicked on the movie version.

Let me put it this way, it was the first time I watched the film adaptation and I was so irrational and angry, not because of the acting, but because of the scriptwriter's logic and casting.

(Ps: The casting is poor, except for Tom Hanks, which feels like Professor Langdon's image in my mind)

Old-school things are better than old-school ones. Although they are a bit routine, they are also smooth. At least they are sincerely pretending to be serious. Of course, too much background introduction is still very damaging. Watching Howard in the theater deepened my inherent impression of him: the special will excavate the apparent beauty of women.

Inferno quotes

  • Harry Sims: At my behest. When things had appeared to go tits up, I tried to sweep it all away quickly.

    Robert Langdon: By killing me?

Harry Sims: Oh, I apologize unreservedly, Mr. Langdon.

  • Harry Sims: Young people are disappointing. I find they become tolerable around 35.
