Can cheating be regarded as true love? Speechless American Idealism

On Saturday movie night, I picked this romance movie. I wanted to enjoy the movie warmly and cosy, but I got a tantrum after watching it. First, the male protagonist abandoned his wife, and cheated on his childhood idol for the sake of his personal ideals and spirits. It was said to be a soul fit, but this was a simple cheating. Afterwards, he continued to court him without caring about the feelings of the other party. Proposing marriage in public performances was extremely embarrassing. In the back seat of the car, the unprecedented second line "Are you afraid? You are afraid of love"...exo me? ? Afraid of what love? Are you afraid of your mindless selfish hobbies without any sense of responsibility and without thinking about real factors? ? ? The film's stereotyped portrayal of the two female characters, the wife is material, realistic, and takes care of the family with hardships and finally ends up looking at the picture of the mistress on the wall; the heroine brings her own holy light like an angel, saves the Virgin at a critical moment, and takes care of everything The male protagonist lives, tolerates all the shortcomings of the male protagonist, and is a perfect soul mate, in stark contrast to the wife of a scumbag... What childish, selfish, self-centered man doesn't want such an angel? ? Structurally, the montage technique in the first part of the film is attractive, but the ending is very sloppy and very ordinary. In order to tell stories and promote values, the narcissistic American dream is speechless.

  • June Carter: Ya'll can't walk no line.

  • Jerry Lee Lewis: God gave us a great big apple, see, and He said don't touch it. He didn't say touch it once in a while; He didn't say take a nibble when you're hungry; He said don't touch it! Don't think about touchin'it, don't sing about touchin' it, don't *think* about singin' about touchin' it!
