An independent story that has basically no connection with the main story. The plot is relatively thin. In short, it is a story of two male protagonists fighting, bickering, fighting again, bickering again, and finally fighting and then continuing to bicker. Although it is simple and easy to understand, it is a good popcorn. It's more than enough for the film. Hobbs and Shaw have some deviations from the characters in the main drama, but they fit in well with the elements of this comedy action. The action scenes of the two people are a little unsatisfactory, but the mouth guns and big scenes are full of highlights, and the comedy effect is in place! Personally, I think the original name of the film, hobbs & shaw, is better than the special action. It is one thing to name the two male protagonists, and also to name their family. The film seems to tell the story of Hobbs and Shaw saving the world, but the side shows the fixed theme of the Fast and Furious series - family. Hobbs returned to his hometown to repair the machine and fought with his family to reconcile. At the end, he also returned to the big family with his daughter; Shaw regained his sister's trust and finally went to see his mother with his sister, which was considered a family reunion (Owen :Meow meow meow?). In short, under the skin of saving the world hides the warmth of family love.
Finally, I hope that if there is a sequel, the director and screenwriter can carefully polish the plot. Anyway, there is no drag racing element. If they are set with their characters, there should be a deeper plot.
