The whole film is simple and clear, with almost no ups and downs, and no unthinkable or unexpected scenes. Perhaps this is the characteristic of all cartoons. But it's really a delightful film, a quiet work of art.

The process finally ended.

It is said that people who like Tim Burton's movies are people who like to be alone, because Tim Burton is a lonely person, he pursues a weird, avant-garde, and dark realm all his life.
His works include "Edward Scissorhands", "Driftwood", "Zombie Bride" and so on.

What is more funny than an "abnormal" thing doing its best to become "normal" and behave "normal"? The joke in "Holy" comes from a kind of inversion of self-cognition-a small town of evil spirits packaged itself as Santa Claus who spread the gospel. But until you understand Jack’s growth arc and sorrow, and until you see that it has nothing to do with any festival but a mid-life crisis, you never have the right to call it "horror."

I don’t like danny elfman’s early gothic soul, which is out of tune and does not rhyme. This product is really a Disney product.

Jack Skellington: [spoken] That's right. I AM THE PUMPKIN KING!

Jack Skellington: [sung] And I just can't wait until next Halloween/'Cause I've got some new ideas that will really make them scream/And by God, I'm really gonna give it all my might!/

    [spoken]

Jack Skellington: Uh-oh, I hope there's still time to set things right. Sandy Claws...

  • Jack Skellington: [after surviving the fall from the army, sings sadly] What have I done? What have I done? How could I be so blind? All is lost. Where was I? Spoiled all! Spoiled all! Everything's gone all wrong. What have I done? What have I done? Find a deep cave to hide in. In a million years, they'll find me. Only dust, and a plaque that reads: 'Here Lies Poor Old Jack'.
