Ye Wen: Love

The story is simple, just like the relationship is simple after all.
The development of the dramatic conflict in "Ip Man" is almost predictable. This is the style of Donnie Yen's movies since "Slaying the Wolf". I like this "Ip Man" very much, it's very emotional, but not too much, it's justifiable, the plot is really to the point, and it's only with emotion, frankly, there are a few tears that really spin, at least as a viewer , I bought it. I was fortunate to be able to see what happened in this land in the last period of Foshan was put on the screen, and I was faintly excited.
The literary drama and the martial arts drama in the film do not focus too much on one another. It can be seen that Donnie Yen is making progress. In the film, the performance of the two is relatively balanced, not dull, nor impulsive for no reason. I once saw Fan Shaohuang and couldn't eat because of watching "The King of Power", and this time, the wonderful appearance of the fist to the flesh really surprised me a lot. Fan Shaohuang should be the voice for the dubbing, it sounds more comfortable, the Cantonese throughout the text highlights the abruptness of this "Northern man", a little bit of detached interest, which can really add points. But more important is what the film conveys.
I don't want to talk about the main theme, this is obvious to all, and it is quite good, but "Ip Man" is different from some movies, the great good and the great evil, the Chinese people in the movie are not too addicted to the nest, and throughout the whole, their own people are each other. The contradiction between them is looming, and even the translator who thought he would be portrayed as a traitor actually played a bitter role with a long way to go under the contempt of the masses. In the last few minutes of the film, he fulfilled the identity he had always claimed. In fact, such a character is not very convincing, but his appearance is good whether it is necessary for a dramatic conflict or an aesthetic appeal.
I don't expect to see much truth from the movie. To a certain extent, I will compromise and compromise with the truth that the audience wants. "Ip Man" hopes to show great love, solidarity, and Chinese people. If I don't get along with the Chinese, I don't have any reason to be ironic, including some old-fashioned goodness of duty. I respect this sentiment that may be caught, because I think it is right.
I have always admired the fighting sequences in Donnie Yen's films. They have rhythm and also exercise scheduling. Rich pictures and sports have always been one of the main charms of the film. Of course, this is also his strength. Even in some fighting fields in China, he is still here. It is quite rare to fill in the blanks and concentrate on research, so even if the literary drama is not his director, these wise judgments and choices are enough to create a distinctive Donnie Yen.
I still want to talk about a few scenes in the film. For example, Ye Wen was taken from a coal mine by a group of translators to the martial field that looked like a warehouse. Next -
"Why did you shoot?!" In my impression, this is the first time that Ye Wen has shown unusual emotions in the film, but this is only a precursor. Everyone was scared by the unexpected killing, but he was the only one who kept going. Roaring "I'm coming!", this kind of resoluteness seemed huge and irresistible under the hesitation of the translator. When he stepped on the white cotton pad of the martial arts field with the shabby dyed in the coal pile, he solemnly took the half of the sweet potato he saved. The ground was placed on the floor, and the rice bag quietly placed aside was dyed red by the blood of the martial artist who was able to win two more buckets of rice and died in the barracks.
The contagious power that the madness and fighting spirit under the rage can inspire grabbed me at once, even if I hid in the dark and peeped at the screen, I couldn't hide my heartfelt emotion, and I panicked. I hope that on this stage The characters can speak for themselves and defeat the ugliness that is made - why? Driven by strong emotions, many people will lose their minds like me, and this is the sensational extreme that the main theme should achieve, a positive, high rise that does not use belittling as a means, which is very gratifying.
Excited emotions run through every second of Donnie Yen's fight with Ten People. The fierceness and ferocity are full of belief, indignation, and dignity. For the mobilized audience, it is a great enjoyment and a sense of disappointment. Even if it was such a victory, when he returned alone to the ruined old alleyway, he made way for a military vehicle with a sun flag swaying through the city. He was embarrassed, depressed, and looked like a lost dog. This pathetic image turned out to be the king who was victorious! It is the elder of Chinese martial arts! He is a master admired by thousands of people! He is a hero in the eyes of the people! The military vehicles drove past, and the smoke and dust could not dissipate for a long time.
The film consists of several such paragraphs to set off the spiritual core, and also tries to awaken some lost conscience by telling the story of Ye Wen. I hope that I can not be preconceived for the whole world, and use my own facial features to perceive the emotions of the whole film, so I like "Ip Man", and I hope more bloody friends can treat the movie with heart.

What is certain is that my Ye Weixin has not returned. And I also understand a little of the reason why people are brainwashed and praised, just that it is not enough. When the Japanese army car drove through the dilapidated street, Donnie Yen stood on the side of the street in the devastation and smoke. What you said was pleasing to his eyes for the first time. Huang Younan is still very cute, he just doesn't have the life of the protagonist. I have to say, Xiong Dailin's eyes are really big.

Overall, the details of the martial arts part are handled well, the dialogue is more realistic, and the psychological depiction of the characters is also better: for the troubled northerners, there is no trend of getting better; translation is also struggling, and the Japanese are still very good. Silly, the heroine is also a vase, and Ren Dahua's role is also acceptable. But in the end, the ending was too rash, the number one was too weak, some anticlimactic, and some unnecessary plots should be deleted: it might be better to make the upper and lower episodes. Wang Younan's performance is scum.
