good coherence

At first I thought that movies, usually made for sequels, would be hard to keep up with the previous ones. Most of them are new stories that start anew, but the protagonists have not changed or have other common characteristics. For example, the sequels of Final Fantasy and Silent Hill are mostly not consistent with their predecessors.
The reason for this is mainly because people are not sure whether their work will sell well and whether there will be a sequel.
However, I am so impressed with the coherence of the Chainsaw series that I suspect that a third has been planned since the first.
Actually, I don't think Chainsaw is so scary and bloody. I think it's a movie that reflects human nature.
SIN, is original sin, the sin of man that the movie emphasizes. Everyone has a lack of desire to survive. contempt for one's own life.

The whole is not as shocking as the ending of the first step, but the connection with the first part is still good, and finally the bathroom room of the first part appeared. I also learned from it that screenwriters teach people to cherish life, and the whole is still remarkable.

It's not as good-looking as the first one, and as soon as there are more people playing the game, it feels like a pure killing game. However, the highlight is still at the end, once again reflecting the peerless judgment of the old man. This old man is simply the incarnation of Satan. Everyone's weaknesses are exposed in front of him. He can think of all the details. There are almost no flaws. It's too perverted!

Saw II quotes

  • [Det. Mathews throws John around the room and breaks a finger]

John: [smiling] Now, that's the Eric Matthews they gave medals to.

  • Daniel: Amanda, you said you survived this right?

    Amanda: I what?

Daniel: This guy. You said that you've played before and you survived.

    Amanda: Yeah.

Daniel: So that means we could survive.

    [nervously chuckles]

    Amanda: [pauses] Yeah.
