"The Seven Deadly Sins" is a thriller mystery film directed by David Fincher and starring Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kevin Spacey and others. The film uses the serial homicides made by criminal John Du as a clue, and tells the story of the "seven deadly sins" series of murders from the perspective of police officers Samose and Mills. The film was released in the United States in 1995. In 1996, the film won the 5th MTV Film Awards for Best Picture and other awards.
This film seriously explores the difference between meaningful violence and meaningless violence to a certain extent, and at the same time arouses the audience's consciousness of "original sin". The seven cases in the film flicker and appear, if they are bright or dark, from time to time there is a realm of "the mountains and the rivers are nowhere to be doubted, and the willows are in the dark and the flowers are in another village". The film gives a detailed description of criminal psychology, and criminals kill people through the moral judgment of the Bible, which has more social significance. A policeman eventually becomes the executor of the murderer's plan, which is an irony to society and life.
Only in this dirty world can you rightly say that those people are innocent. But this is the key.
Every street corner, every family, there is such a capital crime, and we just ignore it, because it is so common, we choose to tolerate it, because it is trivial.
Seven deadly sins: arrogance, jealousy, rage, laziness, greed, gluttony, lust.
Seven Deadly Sins: Pride, jealousy, rage, laziness, greed, gluttony, lust.

The ending is really amazing. Cruel...

[A-] This film is definitely a textbook-like existence in a lot of suspenseful movies: the gloomy New York is flooded with rain, mixed with the breath of sin, and matched with religious and human thinking, but it was used by David Fincher. The unique cold restraint methods are cleverly packaged, creating the birth of this magical film. Even if you know the direction of the ending, you will still be touched by it. This is probably the classic power.
